Ross High School Partnership

This morning, I had a very positive meeting with Paul Reynolds, the Head Teacher at Ross High School in Tranent. I had intended the meeting to be a brief introduction with my role as the Head of Ross High Rugby Academy however the conversation moved into other fruitful areas.

I was delighted to hear that the school now teach Photography as a Higher grade subject and as a result, I have offered my services to support this subject in any way I can. I look forward to seeing how this develops - if you'll excuse the pun!

Also, as I run my own business, I have also offered these services to the business classes if they can use my experiences at all. That coupled with my day job of Financial Services management lends itself well to giving kinds insight into various aspects of business.

I am really excited by this tie up as the school of course means so much to me having attended between 1993-1999 and of course, the connections I have through the rugby club. Investment in youth and education are fundamentals in any community and I'm delighted to have been presented with the opportunity to do my bit and give something back.

Thanks

Dave
